Refund Policy

If a video fails to generate, your credit is returned to your account automatically.

If you are not happy with your video for any reason, including that it doesn't look like you, email support@ventralabs.dev or reply to the email we sent with your video, and we will refund you in full.

Refunds go back to your original payment method and usually take 5 to 10 business days to appear.
